3 System Over View The system depends on tag technology which is going to be used as follow : Each car will carry a tag with a unique ID such as car plate number . In the area , there will be a tags reader that reads this tag ID and sends it via Wi-Fi to a center server which has the full information for each one of the ID's.

4 System over view This information include car plate number, registration, vehicle type and offences and legal ownership, if there is something illegal such as unpaid insurance or license bills. The information of the  illegal car  will be sent to android application, which is installed on policeman mobile who is in the area and he will take the necessary actions.

6 System Main Components
ESP Module: It has 8 pins I/O, it is connected to 3.3v using Arduino or chargeable battery, we use it in slave mode ( broadcasting Mac Address ) .

7 System Main Components
Node MCU ESP-12EWi-Fi Module : It works on Wi-Fi at freq. 2.4GHz , also it supports the Wi-Fi categories b/g/n at, it supports clock speed 80MHz, 160 MHz. Each module comes pre-programmed with an AT command or by Arduino .

8 System Main Components
It has 22 pins I/O, it has can be connected to 5 using USB connector connect it with PC , it can broadcasts up to 155 meters outdoor.

9 Feasibility Study Model Estimated Cost For one vehicle:
Wi-Fi-tag (esp ): 2 $  Wi-Fi reader (Node MCU esp e): 3.5 $ Capital Investment: (# vehicle *esp number ) = 5.5$

18 Conclusion This project was very useful ,We learn from this system many language programs, how to deal and connect them with each other , how to handle with electronic devices and how to build full system based on scientific basics . We will purplish our project in a paper .
