1. Taxing Times
As of tomorrow, the government will be increasing taxes on all items containing sugar in public school cafeterias in Texas. This will include chips, ice cream and milk. THe tax is expected to cause the cost of all chips, ice cream and mild to rise by 10 cents. The tax will be used to help pay for a healthy eating program by the government.
