MORE 4 YOUR CORE: A 15 minute class designed to improve your core strength and improve flexibility. GROUP CYCLING: Enjoy an instructor led indoor cycling class designed to help you build your cardiovascular strength and stamina. SYNRGY CIRCUIT: Join us for a fun and efficient 30 minutes class that builds strength, stamina and burns fat. KINETIC STRENGTH: A fun and challenging class that uses sports conditioning drills to rev up your metabolism and improve strength, endurance and coordination. YOGA: A beginner to moderate level Yoga class designed to reduce stress, and build flexibility, and strength. SPIN INTERVAL: A high energy class that combines the best of group cycling and strength training. TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: A full body workout that uses strength training and bouts of interval training to help you improve total body conditioning. FIT CAMP: An advanced small group training class that is focused on building strength, building muscle and burning fat.
