Rampton Anything and everything about Rampton is of great interest and importance to my family and myself. The tour was well planned so that carers could finish the tour close by and then go straight to their visit. Great fun and variety giving a real “feel good factor”. Sharing the day with families in similar situations is a great bonus. Booked in for pamper sessions but due to time had to leave before having the treatments. All the staff were very nice to us. All the rooms were excellent. Plus the dinner was very nice. It is always helpful getting the free bus. I would like it in December if possible. I would even pay for it if we had to. THANK YOU It was very interesting to hear comments on certain issues. Also the discussion about changes to the code of practice. I welcome any change that makes things more accessible to patients and carers. It was a privilege to share each other’s suggestions. I think we all benefit from each other. I am interested , as with our family and dear friends anything and everything that Rampton Hospital and their dedicated staff are working so tirelessly to ensure the best care and treatment for our loved ones well-being – we are extremely grateful to you all. Wathwood ‘Staff will chat with me which is very comforting at times, it helps the apprehension when visiting at difficult times’ ‘The carer’s Forum is brilliant and makes me feel supported as I am on my own’ Arnold Lodge Wells Road Recent carers complements noted “Made me feel comfortable/ secure” “Staff were very friendly and helpful” “Polite staff clean environment” “Meeting very informative, felt included as part of the meeting” MING – talking from a carer perspective.

15 And finally ……..

16 Definitely finally…………
