2. City of Sarajevo/Location:
Sarajevo is the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina and was founded in 1461 which is reflected in the stadium seating (14,610). The city of Sarajevo is surrounded by Olympic mountains and has a mixed culture considering the location is set between the Middle-East and Western Europe.
Football Cultural:
In Bosnia, football is the number 1 sport played and FK Sarajevo is known for being the pioneers of the sport, from establishing a first ever academy to the collaboration with the 15 time women league champions of BiH and a yearly competitor in UEFA Women’s Champions League. The city of Sarajevo currently lacks the infrastructure of a stadium that lives up to the standards of UEFA/FIFA and thus our national team moved their matches to Zenica. With this project we wish to bring back the national teams to the capital.

3. Specifications of the Project Football Arena:
14,610 Capacity for spectators including VIP Lounges and according to UEFA Stadium Category 4
The red roof may be used for Gym (added revenue) and Business lounge
The concept involves one side hotel and another for commercial/office purposes (added revenue)- 3 floors, 100 rooms capacity(hotel) and commercial areas for rent.

The stadium is built for multi-use as mentioned above while matches will be played by following: FK Sarajevo, National senior and youth teams, SFK 2000 Women Champions league, etc,.

4. INVEST IN A FOOTBALL CLUB
Profit can be generated through:
match day ticket sale: 10,000 average spectators (10,000*10 EUR(ticket fee)*20 (matches)=2 million EUR (revenue),
renting of commercial space: (m2 per floor) * 3 (floors) * 20 EUR (rental fee per month per m2) * 12 (months) = EUR (revenue)
Hotel: 50 (rooms 50% full) * 90 EUR (per night) * 365 (days) = EUR
Total revenue on average: = EUR

5. The reason to invest in a stadium:
A stadium creates a “public good” or “externality”—a benefit enjoyed by consumers who follow. The Arena below is meant to be made as a multi-use stadium, by applying commercial attributes such as a shopping center and a hotel, the revenue generated is not only for matches and/or events but as well for other purposes. The return on the investment is at a high when taking into account the costs and the revenues of the project and the depth of using the arena below for sports and commercial purposes.
Football has developed throughout Europe as a business and this multi-use stadium can generate profit and jobs in this region as well as promote a sports healthy life-style.
