Discipline Disproportionality
By 2020, schools will reduce the discipline disproportionality gap and the rate of suspension for students with disabilities, African-American, and Hispanic students.

By 2020, LCPS will develop a recruitment program that will assist in staffing our schools and other departments within the School Division as well as attract a diverse applicant pool.
