3. HIM Decision
I changed my major from Biology, Pre-Physician Assistant, to Pre- Nursing, to Health Information Management. I realized that Nursing was not my passion. I want to be on the business side of health care. Health care systems and insurance has always interested me. I took the chance and have never been happier with a decision.

4. How did I hear about him?
A friend, and someone I look up to, informed me about the program. She is currently a senior in the HIM program and urged me to apply. She answered questions and told me that it is a good alternate for nursing with the prerequisites that I had under my belt.

5. Future plans Master’s degree Work in a hospital setting
Analyst and work my way up to being in compliance and risk management
Teach the field after years of working in it
