3. Business Process
Receipts are loaded into SCP and notifications are sent to the Supplier.
Receipts are sent by the Buyers to their Suppliers on a regular basis.
Receipts contain information describing the goods that have been received.

4. Business Process Receipt lines are loaded in a New state.
When the Supplier views a receipt, it automatically transitions to the Viewed state.
A Receipt can have one or more lines.
Suppliers have the ability to add/delete/update notes to receipts at the header level.
This does not result in a change to the state of the receipt.
Suppliers can match Receipt information with their internal records, to confirm that the Buyer has received all shipments.

Click on My Workspace
Scroll down to the Receipt Summary section
Click on the number link for the New status 1 3

11. Accessing Goods Receipts – By Search Criteria
On Navigation Tree, click [+] Order Management  Goods Receipts  Summary
Optional, enter search criteria and click Search to filter the Results list.
Click a number link in the Total column, to access Receipts by Status. 2 1 3

At the Receipt List page, click the Details link to access the Details page.

At the Receipt List page, use checkboxes to select one or more Receipts
Click Export
Select a Document Type
Click Proceed

At the Receipt List page (A) or the Receipt Details page (B), use the checkboxes to select a Receipt.
Scroll to the right and enter text in the Header Notes column.

18. Receipt Header Note
At the Receipt List page, the Header Note icon shows that a Receipt has a note.
Notes are visible within SCP, but they are not sent back to the Buyer’s system.
