Standardisation of notes / documents.
Roll out Acute Medical Registrar Review system.
Standardising phlebotomy and cannulation trolleys throughout the hospital.
IT projects
Removal 30 minute limit on non work-related web access.
Allowed staff to access Dropbox on request.
Increased size limit for attachments to 30MB.
Wifi internet access for staff.
Staff benefits
Fruity Friday’ – monthly free fruit to staff.

As a junior doctor the Change Champions projects have given me the opportunity to learn about NHS management structures, something I've never really been involved with before - CT1 ACCS
