I’m Danielle, this is Ashwin Isaiah and Dan. We hope you enjoy this presentation.

2 Zay Being athletes, we have all been through our fair share of injuries and had to go through the rehab process. We know first hand how boring physical rehab can be and how frustrating it is to be prevented from playing the sport we love. This background experience is what drove us to create Bounce Back Rehab. Continue right into next slide after this.

3 Road Map Organizational strategy/Advantage Key management problem
Job Descriptions Pfeff We are solving the issue of rehab being boring and unexciting and here’s how we plan to do it.

5 Organizational Strategy
“Bounce Back’s objective is to provide the highest quality rehabilitation services to injured athletes and clients in the surrounding area by providing our clients with innovative rehabilitation methods.” Danielle The main focus of Bounce Back Rehab is to provide our patients with a positive, fun and exciting environment to rehab in. With this goal in mind we have created this strategy statement. This statement will ensure to every member of the team what is most important in our facility, which is our customers. Each patient will be seeing multiple therapists throughout their rehabbing process, they will not get the same therapists with each session. We do this to make our patients loyal to our business and our facility, not loyalty to a particular therapists. This prevents the issue of a therapist leaving our facility and taking multiple patients with them.

6 Key Management Problems
Transfer of information Scheduling Danielle Within our facility these are the two key management problems we will face. Transfer of information is a huge issue for our facility because there is a lot of information that our therapists will gather throughout the day by working with patients that needs to be communicated with the other therapists. The scheduling of patients and scheduling for the use of equipment throughout the day is also another managerial problem we will need to come up with a solution for. Throughout this presentation we will discuss just how our organizational architecture will help to solve these key issues.

7 An application that will allow all therapists to be informed on each patient’s status, while also being able to make updates and add notes on the fly. Shwin A key element to our business is our therapist’s use of DocuTAP, which we believe will help solve the issue of transferring information. DocuTap is a device that the therapists will have with them all day. All of the patients will be logged into the system and the therapists will be able to update their status after each session. The use of this app will cut down on the need and risk associated with paper medical charts and make it easier for specific information about patients to be distributed to all therapists.

8 Whiteboard Our therapists will have to put their name by the specific time and piece of equipment they will need for the day. Zay To address our second key management problem, which is scheduling, we will use a whiteboard where the therapists will be able to put their names down by particular equipment they will need for that specific time. This will, for the most part, prevent any issues the therapists may have amongst each other throughout the day. Now we are going to take you through four job descriptions that we feel will also play a part in addressing these key issues. These positions are important in order to create the fun and exciting environment we want to have in our facility.

9 Job Descriptions- Financial Director

Held accountable for consecutive quarters of loss Job Descriptions- Financial Director Shwin Next, we have our financial director. This position is to make sure our facility is getting paid. 10 Job Descriptions- Marketing Director
Builds relationships with local schools along with local amateur/ professional athletics teams Marketing Director is required to bring in a certain amount of clients per quarter. Zay First, we have our marketing director. 11 Job Descriptions- Therapists
Provides and executes therapy plan for clients Monitor through patient evaluation forms and the whiteboard Zay Up next we have the heart of our facility, the therapists. Our therapists will be executing the rehabilitation plan for our patients and really working on building a relationship with them. At the end of each session the therapists will give the patients an evaluation form, which will need to be completed and returned to our receptionists before they can leave. This evaluation form is how we plan on monitoring our therapists, because our patients are the only individuals with the therapists all day, we believe they will have the best say in how they are performing. After each use of equipment, the therapist is responsible for cleaning the piece. We will be able to monitor this because of our use of the whiteboard, we will know who exactly was on each piece of equipment at a given time and whether or not it was clean for the next person.

12 Job Descriptions- Receptionists
Manages front desk, scheduling Handles incoming customers and checks their insurance Responsible for avoiding confusion between scheduling. Pfeff The last job description we would like to discuss are our receptionists. These individuals are extremely important because they are the first and last individuals our patients see upon each visit. They are responsible for checking the insurance of each patient upon arrival, scheduling appointments with patients, and managing the front desk area.

13 Incentives -Salary Increase -Fond.com Danielle
