Fencing off of a portion of the stadium until next phase of work can be accomplished. Reduces seating capacity from 10,032 to 5,400.

Bids for required work for this phase $3,400,000. Future phases will require additional funding.

Addition of a centrally located concessions building with additional toilets so that temporary fencing can be removed and full stadium capacity utilized.
