How to complete application

2. Log on to
Click on Register

3. Register to use Apply 2018

4. Click to register

6. Enter the Initial details

Surname
Date of birth
Then select next
Click  UK for your postal address
Enter your house number and post code
If the address is correct select next

7. Enter your contact details

You will then receive an that you must action in order to verify your address
Tick if you do or do not wish relevant products and services
Then select next

8. Security Now you need to generate a password Your password must:
be characters long
have at least one lowercase letter (a-z) and one uppercase letter (A-Z)
contain at least one number (0-9)
Must have one special character (!, &, $ etc)
Confirm your password then answer 4 security questions. The questions are used if you need to talk to someone at UCAS – so remember your answers.

9. A Username is generated
This will usually be your first initial, surname then a number
Write it down, put it in your phone – keep it safe!

10. Log in Now

If you see Lenzie Academy and the school address then you have successfully linked to the school.
Next select your Tutor Group – link to your Guidance Group – using the drop down menu

Sections can be completed in any order.
Remember to save as you go along.
Mark each section complete when you are finished.
Right up to the point of Pay/Send to referee you can still go back and amend sections - even those you marked as complete

Do not continue to pay /send unless your Guidance Teacher has advised you to go ahead.

27. What happens Next?
Your guidance teacher will have prepared a reference for you which will be attached to your application electronically.
The UCAS co-ordinator in the school office will process the final application and send it to UCAS. All of this takes time and you must complete your application before the LENZIE ACADEMY deadline to ensure plenty time for this process to take place.

28. You will get notification from UCAS to say that your application has been received and you can then log on to TRACK in order to see the progress of your application.
