Please keep all your contact information and your child’s medical information up-to-date.

17 Important! Remember to update it in the front of the Home-School Diary as well as the SLG.

18 Unscheduled Closure Prep students who take the bus would catch the bus as usual (unless you have indicated otherwise) A message would be sent via the bus company when the bus departs so that an adult will know when to meet them at their bus stop All other children need to be collected by a responsible adult (not a sibling from the Senior School) named on their Emergency Procedure Information Please keep emergency ‘collection’ information up to date (Storm Contacts)

19 Weather Warnings Download the Hong Kong Observatory Weather App If there are weather warnings – please check our website for information on whether classes are suspended. We aim to update our website by 6.15 am Please read the ‘Weather Guidance’ (on last week’s eBulletin)

20 Weather – Rainstorm Warnings
If there is a RED rainstorm warning prior to 6.00 am classes will be suspended for students If there is a BLACK rainstorm warning prior to 6.00 am classes will be suspended for students If one of these rain or typhoon warnings is raised after students are already on buses, we will contact you or one of your other collection adults to come to collect them from school.

21 End of the Day - Collection
Please advise us of the adults who have permission to collect your child (via the Home-School Diary) Advise us if there is ever a change Collect from the ‘Covered Playground’ Please note you cannot park on the road outside of school. There are parking garages nearby.

22 Buses Please advise us by noon via a bus note if your child is not travelling on the bus Please be aware – students can’t swap buses or go on buses for play dates

This is not kerb side collection Need to have a ‘Public Transport Pass’ Need to go straight home

25 Review of the Curriculum and Assessment
Ensuring that our curriculum reflects changes and updates that have been made to the National Curriculum Making sure we are maintaining best practice of the UK and beyond Ensuring that we are providing the best opportunities and challenge Deputies and subject leaders will review all topics, trips and visits, performances etc This will be the last year we use National Curriculum levels to track progress and report to parents.

At beginning of each term general information about each Year Group’s topics will go into the eBulletin Homework will be outlined on the iLearn page for each Year Group Our iLearn pages are delayed this year – we had scheduled to do them on the Typhoon Day.

You are there to support a whole group of children. You may even be asked to support a group they are not in. It is a chance to support children with their learning. Sometimes taking photos can get in the way of this. We’re relying on you!–It is very difficult if you change your plans the day before and can no longer come or if you need to leave early. For the children to get the most out of it, we need you to follow our instructions!
