Tip: To adjust to a comfortable volume, have another teacher or student stand across the room from you while you test and adjust the level. Speak using the same volume as you would when in a face-to-face conversation.

The teacher or student microphone must be on and in use for your video to pick up talking. Maximum record time is 2 hrs at a time. RECORDINGS WILL ONLY SAVE FOR 30 DAYS! *For information on saving a recording, refer to the Save Recording Directions page in SAFARI Montage or for further assistance.

24 In SAFARI Montage, E. Edit/Delete Your Recording Schedule
1. From the , scroll down until you see the N-DVR Row. 2. Look across the tabs in that row and click on 3. Locate the schedule that you wish to edit or delete and click on the TITLE. NOTE: You will only see your 3 most recent schedules. To see other recordings, click on the link located on the bottom right side of the N-DVR Row. 4. Click on either edit or delete. 5. If you choose to edit, simply make your changes and then click on “Submit Changes.”

In SAFARI Montage, I. Find a shared recording 1. Click on the SEARCH tab at the top of your screen. From the left side of your screen, click on the dropdown box beside “Uploaded By” and then select the person’s name that shared the video with you. YOU WILL ONLY SEE VIDEOS THAT HAVE BEEN SHARED WITH YOU 3. Click on the gray SEARCH button near the top of the gray box.

J. Perm-Links/QR Codes 1. Locate the Recording you want to share and click on the TITLE of that recording. 2. Click on the Perm-Links or the QR Code icon. 3. Highlight and copy the link or QR Code shown. 4. Paste the link or QR Code in an , website or document.

1. Click on the tab near the top of your screen. 2. From the left side of your screen, click on “VIEWpath” and then select “Classroom Users” 1. 2. TO ADD A USER: Use the scroll bar to locate and click on the name of the user you wish to add. Click “Add.” TO REMOVE A USER: From the “Assigned Users” box near the bottom of the page, click on the name of the user you wish to remove. Then click “Remove.”
