1. Log in to the EICC platform

and click on the button “Log In” in the Existing Users section
Type in your EICC registered address and password and click on the button “Log In”
When logging in for the first time and clicking on the button “Log In”, you will receive an to update your password first before being able to access your account. 1 1 2 2 3 3

Once logged in, go to My Company > Company Info
Check your account status. If it is Lapsed, you need to renew your account.
Click on the button “Subscriptions” on the top of the page
Choose your Subscription Type from the drop down menu 1 1 2 2

3. Steps to renew your account
Select the amount of facilities and years * you wish to pay for, click on “Calculate” to see the total cost and then “Pay Now” to be taken to the payment options
You can pay online using a credit card, do a wire transfer ** or pay by check
Once your payment has been allocated to your account, the status on the Company > my company page will be “Active” and you can start updating your information 5 5 6 7 6
