Stereolithography  is a form of 3-D printing technology used for creating models, prototypes, patterns, and production parts in a layer by layer fashion using photo polymerization, a process by which light causes chains of molecules to link together, forming polymers.  Charles W. Uses Medical Modeling Used to create various part of body for study purpose, or for replacing damaged ones. Stereo lithographic models are used as an aid to diagnosis, preoperative planning and implant design and manufacture.
