2. SLO Phase 2 Field Test Process: Overview and Timeline
REVIEW STUDENT DATA
Teachers review data about their students, including any available Datalink information and prior formal and informal assessments.

DRAFT AND SUBMIT SLO
Individual teachers or teams of teachers draft and submit their SLOs.
(January 31 - February 14, Submit by February 14)
SLO APPROVAL
Evaluators review and approve proposed SLOs (or request revisions) and meet with teachers (as appropriate).
(February 14-28)
MID-SEMESTER REVIEW
(OPTIONAL)
Teachers review progress on their SLO targets with their evaluator.
(April)
SLO SCORING
Teachers submit SLO results to evaluators, evaluators review data and score SLOs.
(May 30 - June 16)
REFLECTION
Teachers and evaluators discuss progress and implications for next year’s SLO(s).
