Fried Noodles Fajita ■ Ingredients in Detail 1 instant noodles (Anseongtangmyeon) 3g stock powder 2-3 tortillas 70g sausage 20g bell pepper 60g onion 40g cherry tomatoes 30g pineapple 40g sliced cheese 85g plain yogurt 14g olive oil

7 Fried Noodles Fajita 1. Slice the onion into thin pieces.
■ How to Cook 1. Slice the onion into thin pieces. 2. Remove the seeds of the bell pepper and slice it into thin pieces. 3. Remove the stems of the cherry tomatoes. Cut them in half. 4. Chop the pineapples into little bites. 5. Chop the sausage on a slant, into 0.5cm pieces. 6. Split the noodles in half. Cook the half noodles in boiling water for 2min. Rinse and drain them.

■ How to Cook 7. Drizzle some olive oil onto a heated pan. Stir-fry the onion and sausage. Then stir-fry the noodles with stock powder for 1 min. 8. Wipe the pan. Heat the tortillas on the pan. 9. Place some cheese on the tortilla. Put the fried noodles, onion, sausage, pineapple, and cherry tomatoes on the cheese. Then roll up the tortilla. 10. Wrap the ends of the fajita with some foil. Cut the fajita in half. Dip it in plain yogurt and enjoy!

Let’s eat healthy!  Try to eat food with less salt and less sauce.  Try not to have too much soup, but more noodles.  Try to have less fast food, street food or food from restaurants.  Drink 2 glasses of milk and have lots of fruits and vegetables.
