You can see your progress through the check-out process with a progress bar at the top of the page

You can upload or “import” csv files and Frequent Order Lists. You can also print or save your shopping cart. You can switch your store location and update price and availability

If the parts are coming from anywhere other than CA, push the Need by Date” out 7-10 days – This ensures no freight will be charged for parts coming in from CAT depos If parts are coming from CA push the “Need by Date” out to 5 days.

31 Attaching a document to an Order
Attaching a document to the orders you place is now even easier. Simply select “upload attachment” near the billing information on the “order summary” page, select the document you wish to attach, and proceed with placing your order. The attachment will be attached to the order confirmation s to both the customer and dealer. It is also visible in the “Order Details” in your account,

If you complete a site search that returns no results, some additional help is provided. Recommendations to search using Parts Manuals or serial number, and direction to the Resource Center are shown, and direct links to those tools are provided.

When you click on your name in the top right of the site header, you will now see both “My Account and “Sign Out”

47 Creating a quote To create a quote, go through the normal process of ordering parts in the shopping cart. Once at the “Order Summary” page, select “create quote” rather than “order”.

Select the shopping cart. Select “Save” type the name of the list. You can select “share” or “private” You’ll receive a message that says “The Frequent Order List has been successfully created.
