11 What is an interview? An interview is a formal meeting between a job applicant and a representative of the company. The meeting comes about because the company had a job available.

12 What is Body Language Body language-the posture, gestures, and eye contact people use to express themselves nonverbally

13 Stress Emotional and physical tension resulting from the body’s natural response to conflict

14 Role-Playing Acting out a role in a make-believe situation, usually at the request of another person for the purpose of evaluation

15 Problem Solving A technique involving the use of thinking skills to suggest solutions to problems or situations, such as theoretical ones posted by an interviewer
