14. THE HOLY SCRIPTURE Luke 19:1-10
Jesus entered the city of Jericho and was passing through it. A man lived there whose name was Zacchaeus. He was a chief tax collector and was very rich. He was trying to see who Jesus was, but on account of the crowd he could not, because he was short in stature. So Zacchaeus ran ahead and climbed a sycamore tree in order to see Jesus, because Jesus was going to pass that way.

This is what the LORD says‑‑
He who created you and formed you,
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have summoned you BY NAME
and you are Mine.”

Luke 9:23 - If anyone would come after Me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow Me.
