2 Booking an appointment

3 Step 1 To search for availability, go to gcu.tutortrac.com

4 Step 2 Log in to TutorTrac using your username and password that you use for logging into LoudCloud

5 Step 3 Click on “Search Availability”

6 Step 4 Click on “online center” to find 1 on 1 appointments, or “University Learning Lounge” for daily in person walk-ins located on campus

7 Step 5 For test prep help, click on the selection for NES Test Prep from the drop down menu.

8 Step 6 Click on “Search” to see availability
Walk ins are in blue 1 on 1s are in green

9 Step 7 To book an appointment, click on the desired time Select the Reason, either “In Person Session” or “Phone Session”

10 Step 8 Enter your phone number and fill out the “Notes” section with a brief description of what you want to work on and then click “Save”

12 Attach a Document to TutorTrac After creating an appointment

13 Step 1 Click on the “Main Menu” Button in the top left corner

14 Step 2 Click on the appointment you need to upload a document for. It will be on the welcome screen

15 Step 3 Click on Documents from the appointment screen

16 Step 4 Hover over “Choose file for upload” and click “Browse”

17 Step 5 After selecting the file for upload, Click “Upload File”

18 Step 6 Click “Save” and then click the “X” in the upper right hand corner

Success! You have attached a document! This allows LEADs the chance to review your files before your session (if they have the opportunity)! Up Next: Cancelling an Appointment

20 Cancelling an Appointment At least 4 hours prior to the appointment time

21 Step 1 On your main menu screen, click the “X” icon next to the appointment

22 Step 2 Add a reason for cancelling, then click on “Confirm Cancellation”
