2. Background
The reporting requirements stipulated by Financial Intelligence Units using goAML places a strong requirement for high quality data to be reported.
The FIU gives reporting institutions two options, either to submit reports using XML or to fill in the reports manually on goAML Web Application.
The reporting institutions face several issues in complying with the FIU requirements:
The client data is not completely captured in the systems of the reporting institution
Filling the web forms online is time consuming and prone to errors
The data on clients filled in the reports online is erased and not available for future use; as such the reporting institutions must fill the client data every time they need to report.

5. Client Data Management

It allows you to import your client data and transactions from Excel files and/or directly from any database(s) you may have.
Once the data is imported, the system checks it for completeness and allows you fill in the gaps and verify the data as complete.
The enriched client data is saved securely to be used time and again in your reports to the FIU regardless whether you are submitting STR, SAR, CTR, EFT or any other report type.

6. Client Data Management
Editing your client data and enriching is very easy with AMLPRO.
Each time you save the data, the system will verify it for completeness and indicate gaps to you.
Once you have completed all missing data items, the system checks the record for completeness against the FIU required fields and business rules and indicates that it is verified.
The verified subjects can be used as parts of a report regardless of the report type.
You can use profiles to generate an overview of the subject under consideration. The generated profile can be exported as PDF, Word document or excel.

7. Transaction Editing
The goAML transactions structure is very generic which makes it difficult for editing when it comes to none banking transactions, such as forex, remittance, casino, real estate, insurance, etc..
AMPRO addresses this problem by providing a unique transaction editing experience depending on the business of the user of the application. Furthermore, it automates filling the XML data files with the correct data without confusing the users with any necessary details.

8. Creating Reports
AMLPRO makes it very ease to create any type of report to the FIU such STR, SAR, CTR, EFT, etc…
All you need to do is to select the transactions or the subjects of the report and add the narrative and attachments, click generate XML and you have a complete XML package to be sent to the FIU.
The XML reports are pre-validated to ensure that they fully comply with the reporting requirements.
Each report has a unique status to indicate whether it’s a draft, completed and whether it has been sent to the FIU or not.

9. Security & Auditing AMLPRO has feature complete security module.
You may use it in single user or multi-user modes. In multi-user, each other has its own credentials for accessing the data.
All user actions are logged and dated. Data changes and manipulation is logged and traceable.
