Things you're learning in lecture and in the readings Happiness-related items - from newspapers, ads, internet etc. Creativity Counts! Cut things out and put them in your journal WITH COMMENTS Include pictures of your friends and family WITH COMMENTS Drawings, paintings, art, poems, songs, stories, WITH COMMENTS JOURNAL TIPS

Print relevant articles and paste them in and talk about them Talk about what you thought about during class Reflect on your own level of happiness on any given day List 5 things you are grateful for Just be sure to develop your thoughts so we can appropriately read/view them. JOURNAL TIPS

4 There may be specific assignments provided during class, so just reserve a few pages at the end of the journal to cover them if they arise. The journal does not have to be kept at regular intervals (that is, no need to have an entry for each day/class/week or whatever). By March 7, you will need to have 16 fully developed pages (the fronts and backs of an 8 sheet journal).   You will do a second blue book for the journal due on April 25 JOURNAL TIPS
