6. Web Interface
Users will only see the tasks appropriate to them when they log in, focusing attention on the actions they need to take

Progress can be viewed for specific Areas, Systems, Work Types, Permit numbers or ALL can be selected

7. Hand held or Desktop device
Having read a barcode, the Job is shown. A list of Tasks that the user can sign off is displayed with check boxes. The user can check the required boxes and then sign them off using his/her password
Login to the application
Scan a Barcode or enter it manually.
Select Task List to view current Jobs

8. If the user goes to the task list they are able to view the status of the Jobs in the selected Area/System. The status includes the next task and its Punch List status. The user can select PunchList to see the punch list for this job

15. An overview of each Job is available, which shows the Job’s details and the state of each of the associated tasks

16. The task in the User’s tasks list can be signed-off by the user
