3. ANDROID APPLICATION IN RETAIL CHAIN

With a BharatGas, Anushashi’s created an Android-Web based project to ensures distribution of its select products to retailers.
We developed two different Android Applications for the Retailers and Delivery Boys, and a Web based software.
The objective was to ensure that…
Optimum discount is passed on to the last link in the chain.
Necessary market intelligence is generated.
There is no leakage in distribution.

4. REGISTRATION

Retailers would Download the application from play Store and register themselves.
They are required to enter the Distributor Code given to them to avoid unauthorized Registration in the system.

5. DISTRIBUTOR APPROVAL
The distributor approves retailer and registration is complete in the system.
Head office can see in a single, excel-exportable statement, a list of all retailers. This can also be viewed on Google Maps

The distributor sees offers on Web App, in Excel as well as on MAP. This helps the distributor plan his logistics of delivery

This Application lists the targeted deliveries to the delivery person and after successful delivery, sends his location to the system.

9. END USER DATA

The Application also facilitates the Retailer to maintain the Consumer Data which can later on be viewed and processed by the Company HO.

Management Information
Ultimately, the whole system generates a lot of vital data, useful for decision making. It gives an overview of retailer network, can generate sales reports in excel and on the screen and it can even create the ultimate users’ lists for further processing.
