2. What is a rainforest?
A rain forest is a place where animals are found and it rains all the time. It is all green. Also it is a very big place.

3. Location of Rain Forests
The location of the rainforests are South America, North America, Africa, Asia, and Australia. All rainforest are located around the equator.

4. Emergent Layer
The Emergent Layer is the tallest layer in the rainforest The sloth and monkey are two of the flightless animals in the Emergent Layer. Also parrots, macaws, butterflies, Harpy eagles and toucans live in these tall trees.

5. Canopy Layer
The Canopy layer is the second highest layer in the rainforest. Lots of animals live in the canopy layer such as the monkey, parrot, toucan and sloth.

6. Under story
The under story is right above the forest floor. There are lots of interesting animals in the under story such as lizards, grasshoppers, geckos, monkeys, butterflies, spiders, macaws and other animals .

7. Forest Floor
The forest floor is lurking with animals like the anteater, frog, snake, tapir, and the leopard.

8. Deforestation
The rain forest is being destroyed by people from logging, mining, rubber plantations, iguana farming, development, nature tours, fruit harvest, medicinal plants and agriculture.

9. People of the rainforest
The people of the rainforest use all kinds of stuff from the rainforest like tropical foods, medicines, and industrial products.
