Keypad not working
If the key pad is not working restart the computer that will read the programme again and should activate the keyboard.
Safety on a computer
Do NOT download anything from a site you do not trust it is safer to buy it or to go to the genuine site it will normally look a bit like this and that will tell you if it is the real one. If you download a app it will come with a download and some extra file’s it could be a virus or lots of different apps like ebay anti-viruses and more.
It won’t turn on
Plug in the charger in the wall and turn it on, then plug it into your computer and try to turn it on. If it turns on with a error message unplug any USB’s take out any disks and charger. This should have fixed the problem.
Programme not opening
If a programme is not opening close all your tabs and restart the computer if it still does not work you will have to uninstall the programme and reinstall it.

2. Buy anti-virus Now! It’s crashed
Hold down CTRL ALT and DEL and chose the option to log out once it does that log back in and try again if it completely frozen try step two. Step two hold down the power button for 40 seconds and it will shut down wait 20 seconds and turn it back on again it should work now.
It’s slow
Go into the control panel and uninstall all the apps you do not need. Next move most of your folders from the desktop and the last step is to empty the trash can on your desktop (right click and empty trash can.)
