This mean it is remotely hosted outside of school you are logging into another computer to access Sims.net Sometimes it appears that Sims.net has crashed, normally this isn’t the case but due to you accessing it via terminal services you do not always see the error messages. There are some shortcut keys that can help you recover your session.

14. http://moodle.churston.torbay.sch.uk Alt + Tab = This is the shortcut to change window keep pressing until you find the error message. Ctrl + Alt + End= This is the equivalent to Ctrl + Alt + Del you can press logoff to end your session. Sims.net Shortcut Keys
