2 Using Tables in Canvas Many ways you can use tables in Canvas to organize your pages. You can use a 1 column, 1 row table and center this to make your page neatly centered You can use a table to embed multiple video in a page You can use a table to embed multiple documents in a page This works great with Microsoft One Drive

3 Using Tables in Canvas You can use a 1 column, 1 row table and center this to make your page neatly centered Chose a box for your table Click on Table properties to center the table

4 Using Tables in Canvas Place the information into the table and click save.

6 Using Tables in Canvas You can use a table to embed multiple video in a page. Create a table with the amount of cells you want. (four videos, four cells) Go into Table Properties, add boarder, add captions (for screen readers), add color ETC Once you have create the table, get the embedded code for the video (make sure it has <iframe at the beginning and <iframe> at the end of the video. If not you will type this into the code of the video. Click on HTML Editor to switch to the Rich Content Editor

7 Using Tables in Canvas You will place the embedded code in-between the <td></td> ** Make sure to look for the <iframe Once you have entered each video, click on the Rich Content Editor (this will switch you back to the HTML Editor) before you save and publish.

9 Using Tables in Canvas You can use a table to embed multiple documents in a page (This works great with Microsoft One Drive) You will create a table with the amount of cells that you want with your documents. Log into your online file( one cloud, google drive ETC…) Copy the embed code Click on HTML Editor to switch to the Rich Content Editor

11 Using Tables in Canvas You can click to expand the document and scroll through the document. This will continue to update as you update in you online drive.
