Create a single-site to connect recruiters and students seeking employment. Recruiters seek a single platform to connect with students at campuses nationwide. Students desire a single and filtered site to easily locate their first job.
The Application:
Job Fair allows any user to post a detailed job listing, specifying placement categories, specific network and academic concentration targets, and upload applicable logos and images. Job seekers are given the opportunity to search using keywords or categories, as well as scan pre-filtered listings based on their facebook profile. Applying is simple – just upload and submit your resume! It'll be ed to the recruiter. Social networking is encouraged through company profiles, discussions, campus events, and recruiting resources.
