1 “Inspiring children in their most impressionable years in life”
UCS School Motivational Day In your school “Inspiring children in their most impressionable years in life”

2 ‘Roots to grow… wings to fly’
School impact "The road show was a fantastic way to start the U Can Shine Programme. It was energetic, uplifting, inspiring and motivational for pupils and staff. It gave our children a real confidence boost and outlined just how important high aspirations and attitude to learning really are! The road show celebrated personal achievements of pupils through school and gave them just a taster of what is to come at The Sands Centre in the summer term. Shaun, Jordan and Robbie were a great team and really pulled our school community together.“ Dept Headteacher, Sally Wright. Valley Primary School, Whitehaven. “The feeling of ownership and responsibility UCS has instilled in our children, allows them to develop confidence and independence building a positive attitude towards their future” Head teacher Chris Wilkins, St Margaret Mary Catholic Primary School, Carlisle, Cumbria “U Can Shine has provided our pupils with an ‘I Can Do It!’ attitude and the opportunity to develop essential skills for life - championing that they can achieve anything in life when they believe in themselves” Head teacher Jose Hodgkins, Petteril Bank Community School, Carlisle, Cumbria ‘Roots to grow… wings to fly’

5 Why invite us into your school?
Today, our children are growing up in a world that is rapidly changing in complexity, scale, challenge and coupled with society’s expectations around succeeding more at an early age, they’re facing more pressure to achieve more than ever before. At U Can Shine, we truly believe children’s academic success is vital, but to reach their full potential they must experience a wider range of opportunities/challenges to build self confidence and independence in their early years… that are the true drivers for real success and happiness….this is we’re are true passion lies!!! Our fun inspired approach enables children to: Transform their self-confidence Step out of their ‘comfort zone’ and try new things Ignite their self-belief to believe in their own abilities Unleash their hidden talents Empower their inquisitive young minds to be the best they can be Build self motivation and resilience Inspire them to set goals and develop a mindset to overcome obstacles - ‘fail forward’ ‘Roots to grow…wings to fly’ ‘Roots to grow… wings to fly’
