A Non-Cancellable Addendum signed and approved by legal is required before beginning work on any custom video campaign. Per legal, video production receives talent releases from all individuals featured on camera. Per legal, influencer talent are required to abide by all FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsement and Testimonials in Advertising. Celeb/Influencer talent can be added on to every tier, however this must be scoped through the video team/pre-sales for feasibility and costs in pre-sales stage. Celeb/influencer digital rights to be determined upon talent/agency negotiations during post-sales. Minimum rights are for the duration of the campaign flight on the requested distribution channels. Video distribution add-on: 500k video view guarantee = $20,500
