5 Who are you responsible for?
Your members (including sworn personnel from your assigned station). Each unit responding to assist another unit completes a Blue Card If you are the lead unit (the incident is in your beat), you should also include Aviation on your blue card. (Aviation: )

19 Routing Blue Cards Keep 1 copy in Unit Files
Forward 1 copy to Volunteer Forces Inter-Office mail to Cpl. Dan Whitten to if you are saving/ ing electronic Blue Cards please “save as” a discrete file name: _RIMSAR_C+C Mtg, _WVSAR_training, _SBMTN_DR … it will make life easier if we need to find the electronic copy later.

20 Idea Web based data entry
You enter the same info on a page at sbsar.org. Once you have entered all of the information it save a copy for you, prints a copy and forwards the data to Volunteer Forces.
