How much will it cost? $$$ for creating/staffing a Career Center? This could be on your campus or a satellite location.
How much to furnish? What do you need? Desks, tables, chairs, computers, wifi, break- out and training rooms, office(s), other? Could be existing underutilized space, classrooms.
Get partners - leverage resources/braided
funding? (PCES, GS, DOR)
Marketing the Career Center?
What are the benefits, or ROI,
to serve hundreds of new adults?

Staffing - use existing staff, leverage resources from agencies, maybe add staff
Equipment - tables/chairs, computers, wifi, projectors, screens, printers, copier, TV-video (for hearing impaired), other. (started off using loaned furniture, currently using older Macs, etc)
Marketing - feature story in local newspaper, flyers, catalog of classes, Chamber of Commerce, partners, other
