7. Roadrunner Search Search Like an Expert
Start your search for Library resources using Roadrunner Search. Roadrunner searches approximately 95% of the library’s database content, including articles, e-books, reports, magazines and videos. Some databases, however, contain information that can't be displayed in the Roadrunner Search interface. It excludes databases with special content such as Mergent Online, ReferenceUSA, and Statista. It also excludes the dissertation databases.

14. APA Citation Tools RefWorks
All course resources must be correctly cited using APA Style, 6th Edition*. A majority of the Library’s databases have an auto-generated citation tool available including Roadrunner Search, EBSCOhost, and ProQuest. Please keep in mind, database-generated citations are liable to contain errors and should always be double checked using the APA Publication Manual, 6th Edition.

Persistent linking to NCU Library resources ensures we are in copyright compliance with our database vendors. However, if you wish to link to resources and websites outside of our Library, you must ensure the resources comply with both copyright and ADA accessibility.
If a resource is needed for a course which requires requesting permission, please work with your CD to initiate, track, and document the request. Try identifying resources which require requesting permission early in the process as obtaining permissions can take time.*
