Several Medical Schools also offer English language programs; Italian universities have a detailed system of tuition and fees, financial assistance and exemptions. They usually identify income brackets based on the economic and financial conditions of the student's family so as to ensure a fair tuition system; American students can apply to Italian universities, including Medical Schools, after graduating from High School as long as they have at least three Advanced Placement Exams, with a score between 3 and 5, in different subjects but relevant to their chosen field of study.
