2. ABOUT ME
I am Péricles Rosa, a Brazilian-born adventurer and travel writer with a growing audience and solid presence across all social media platforms. I speak Portuguese and English fluently and have learned Italian and Spanish on my many trips across Europe. Having obtained a degree in Chemistry, I started out teaching Science at Secondary and Tertiary level before going on to study Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Management. Other jobs on the way to becoming a travel writer included being a model, dog walker, security guard, and many others. However, these days you are more likely to find me behind the camera on one of my trips around the seven continents than in a classroom or studio!

3. MY PHILOSOPHY
Travel for me is much more than a passion and a lifestyle, it’s a necessity. Not only is experiencing things first hand and immersing oneself in other cultures an interesting way of acquiring knowledge, it also leads us to a better understanding of one another; the world we live in; and ourselves. Travelling can ultimately lead us to discover our true selves and change our perspective on the world. And that is why I believe in a world without boundaries where people can travel back and forth without any restrictions. I created 7 Continents 1 Passport to motivate, inspire and encourage people to travel and experience more. By reading about my adventures and following my tips, I hope readers will realize that travel does not have to be expensive and/or complicated and be inspired to find their own stories.
