5 Easier in theory… The specific objectives are often hard to measure

9 Nature tourism Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth has, on the advice of the Working Group, decided to complete the ongoing survey of educational programs and needs in the tourism industry with parts related specifically to nature tourism. The working group's proposal that the Swedish tourism strategy should contain a sub-strategy for nature tourism has taken root, and the tourism industry collectively stands behind the proposal.

10 What happens next? Self assessment of thematic groups, communication, events arranged by NSU etc. Have specific objectives been reached? Why/why not? New activities (needs, specific objectives and relation to overall objectives) Initial discussion with steering group, think-tanks in November, workshop in December

11 The future is bright The external evaluator will follow the process forming a new activity plan for 2017–2018. The steering group request that the progress report should be structured after specific objectives.
