4 Meal time and equitte In U.S.A they prefer the convenience of eating in front of TV. Fast food, Very popular In Venezuela We sometimes eat in the front of TV, we also sit around the table homemade food

5 Shops In U.S.A there are stores like: Wal-Mart, Target, Home depot Lowe’s what customers need available in one place In Venezuela there are stores like : Markers, Sambil, Big Shop malls

6 Schools Requirement In U.S.A 13 year including kindergarten
In Venezuela 12 years including kindergarten

7 Money Dollar bill, coins( quarter, dime, nickel, penny)
Dollar bill: Bs. coins 1 dollar= 4.3Bs

8 Language In U.S.A we spoke English. In Venezuela we spoke Spanish.

9 Sports In U.S.A there are 5 major sports: Baseball, American football, Hockey , and car racing, basketball. In Venezuela there are 3 mayor sports: Baseball, Soccer, Basketball.

10 Cooking In U.S.A there is food from all variety and excitement from all over the countries In Venezuela there is food from all over the world. We like to cook our traditional food: papellon criollo and Paeja.

12 Face/Reputation Come and go overnight and in the end usually does not matter. The end result is more focus. A person is more likely to over look a reputation to get the job done.. !! Everybody tries to have a good reputation with each other. People study and do hard work to have a better reputation..!!

In America, the end of the result is more important. Most people take it as “overnight “ matter. It is same as America in Venezuela.

16 Major holidays U.S.A major Holidays are : Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day. In Venezuela major Holidays are : Christmas, Three Kings Day, Independence Day, Flag Day….

17 Lost Tooth In U.S.A we believe in the tooth fairy
In Venezuela we believe in Mr. mouse perez

18 Meal custom In U.S.A we change for each meal In particular they eat pizza, sandwiches, pasta, noodles….. and sometimes meat for dinner In Venezuela we change menu for each meal, we eat meat, rice, soup, pizza, pasta…..and sometimes burger for lunch

19 School Days Class eight hours a day, 5 days a week. Class seven or six hours a day, 5 days a week.

20 Classroom atmosphere In U.S.A is Informal clothe , and they don’t stand up when teachers enter the room, really nice teachers. In Venezuela we use uniforms, we don’t stand up when teachers enter the room, friendly teachers.

Almost all have discussion in school. Almost all have discussion in school

22 Morality Lesson Morality like good thinking or good behavior, for people are learned from their parents or school in the USA. Morality good thinking good behavior…. Also help for problem solving. Must activities in teamwork

Very Friendly Teachers No uniform unless Not many rules of formality in a public school. For example the students never stand up when teachers enter rooms. Nice teachers Uniforms in all schools Rules like : no talking when teacher talk
