2 CP #4 Scope This is the fourth gate review, called the Test Readiness Review. You will brief, in no more than 5 minutes, the following 5 criteria for this review. A copy of your slides, and a written report on your assessment of your system’s readiness to complete this phase and enter the next phase should be submitted as you step up to brief, and it should include: your name, date, and title of this review. Number your paragraphs according to the following topics. Your briefing is to be in Power Point and your written submittal is to be in MS Word format. Provide headers with your system’s name, and footers with page numbers, on both your slides and report. You may include any graphics or charts you deem useful.

3 CP #4 Topics Identify a system level testing hazard associated with a system verification event. Also describe the testing hazard’s effect, causal factors, and mitigation approaches. Identify a system hazard that has been mitigated by the design, and how it will be verified by the system verification testing. Trace one of the system hazard mitigations (from step #1) DOWN to a PRODUCT. Identify the product level hazard, its causal factor and effect, and the mitigations. Describe the test set up, facilities, data collection, personnel, and test procedure status that satisfies the system level test case to be used to perform system verification. Identify one system level risk (cost, schedule, or technical) with the proposed TRR event(s) and how it will be mitigated, including a contingency if it actually occurs.
