4 What is new? All age service
Now includes the Primary Mental Health Worker service for children and young people GPs, schools and Early help teams have named PMHWs who they can consult with No change to existing service at present see note below N.B. We are working with the CYP Transformation Planning to ensure most appropriate alignment and integration of PMHWs for CYP with plans for single point of access, workforce development and new service offer will include consultation line for professionals in new CYP system

5 What is new? Additional subcontracted partner to help increase access to older people

7 What is new? Increased accessibility
Self referral: 8-8 Mon – Friday availability for phone self referral, 24/7 for online self referral (aged 16+) address on website for queries from public and professionals: Professional referral: access for any professional to make a supported referral online via website GP referrals: New nhs.net inbox to send referrals directly to Wellbeing Suffolk if you wish via a newly branded self referral form

8 What is new? Increased use of technology and efficiency
New self referral online form pre-populates our clinical system Choice: Development of range of interactive webinar courses delivered by Norfolk and Suffolk staff collaboratively Choice: Development of use of Skype for Business for 1:1 interventions Choice: Offer of use of for communication

New look website with diary of courses available New professional resources area on website New materials – cards, forms, posters and GP screens (please recycle any remaining green materials and let us know if you want more materials via )

11 What remains in place? The full range of IAPT interventions available for anxiety and/or depression for aged 16+ delivered by IAPT trained staff Mental health linkworkers – now called Primary Mental Health Workers for Adults – with named contacts for primary care practices across Suffolk A focus on building connections with community organisations and other stakeholders in Suffolk and helping build community resilience Brief counselling for year olds delivered by 4YP – note this is a very small and high demand resource

‘Shared Care’ – offering access to IAPT style and other parts of Wellbeing Suffolk to those who are accessing a part of their intervention in secondary mental health

Integration of Wellbeing Suffolk into the range of long term condition pathways across Suffolk

Development of Primary Mental Health Worker team for children and young people and families alongside the development of the transformation planning for CYP
