IF you have to leave, get permission without interrupting. Sign out with: Name, Date, Time, Destination Put on Safety vest – WEAR IT LIKE A BOSS! Get back quickly!

6 GRADING NO missing work!
Individual projects have specific rubrics – these will always be shared so you know what to expect, and what it will take to succeed. Longer/more complicated projects are worth more points With few grades going into the grade book, EVERY grade counts Grade set up: Projects 70% Classwork 20% EOC 10% NO missing work!

8 Turning in Your Work Late Work I expect work to be turned in on time.
If you cannot finish a work on time, communicate with me the reasons, a solution, and when you will turn it in. Please Don’t Make Me Chase You Down  Absences Your are responsible for making up all assignments when you are absent. If you are absent on the day a project is due, you are responsible for remembering to turn it in as soon as you return.

Learn how to LOOK at, TALK about, and WRITE about ART. Draw portraits, landscapes and still lifes, using pencil, ink, and oil pastels. Paint portraits, landscapes, and still lifes using watercolors, and acrylics. Create prints using carving blocks and ink. Study and create artworks in one and two point perspective. Study and critique the Art of Claude Monet and Albrecht Durer. Study and use the following styles: Realism, Abstract, Impressionism, and more!
