There has been ongoing IPT scenario planning and scoping activities for both a large and small supplier entry.
The business solution assessment has commenced for two large suppliers.

3. Assurance Activity Update Harmonisation (HRDS)
Post Implementation Review – Phase 1, Jan 2013
Proposed coverage to be grouped by the following:
Software and MCR Changes
SAP ISU Service Pack updates, SAP-PI, Extranet, MCRs and schema changes.
Questionnaire approach to be utilised with the similar format for previous market design PIRs

4. Assurance Activity Update Harmonisation (HRDS)
Post Implementation Review – Phase 2, TBC
Infrastructure Upgrade
Infrastructure upgrade related to the Tibco hub, MPCC replacement and data flow routing
Phase 2 envisaged after market hub messaging issue is resolved for appropriate feedback to be captured
Questionnaire approach to be utilised similar to Phase 1
Performance Testing/Go-No Decision
Review associated hardware/system performance requirements
Proposed site visit to discuss the circumstances leading to the decisions made leading to go-live and understand the remedial actions.

Outputs
Collated information presented back to the IGG forum
An outcome report to feed back into the continuous improvement process
