Broadleaf trees that generally lose leaves in the fall
Mid-latitude (temperate) climate zone

7. Coniferous Forest AKA: Boreal, Taiga
Trees with needle-shaped leaves, like pines, that generally stay green all year. Their seed are protected by cones.
