5 Previous Information Rough estimates to add onto the current High School and remodel: $60 million Roughly 17 acres No additional room to expand Anticipated building will be over capacity in 15 years even with this addition No additional educationally sound additions can be added due to constraints of interior rooms, parking, access, etc.

12 Opportunities Current use of land will continue until if/when funding is available Finalize by March 31, 2017 50 Acres: $24,800 per acre ($1,240,000 total cost) $500,000 to go to future moving of green spaces/intramural spaces/PE spaces Co-use We practice on one field $14,800 per acre ($740,000) This is money that would have been expended on these items.

Will development continue similar to current rates? What housing products will be built (SF, MF, smaller or larger)? Will families be able to afford the available housing stock? Is the economic outlook for the Cedar Falls community positive? The market and property owners’ desire to build guides the timing of development Other properties not shown might develop while some shown might not develop
