Project could double number of affordable units within walking distance of Rosslyn Metro. Mixed-income project that could be self-sustaining and not use Arlington County funds. Redevelopment

14 Woodbury Parcel Taking advantage of excess density Exploring idea to combine Arlington County and AHC owned land to take advantage of excess density Combining 2 small pieces of land to create site behind Woodbury Park & Frederick 40+ units Could provide workforce and permanent supportive housing Creating Land Route 50 10 th Street
