22 Things to consider in working motivationally with people:
Things to consider in working motivationally with people: Good practice starts with spirit. When you have the spirit in place, the rest becomes easier. Ask fewer questions. When you do ask questions, ask mostly open questions. Your most common response to what the person says should be a reflection. Make at least half of your reflections complex. Listen for change talk. Reinforce it when you hear it. Dance. It’s more relaxing for both (all) of you.
