6 So where’s my 20%? It all hinges around what’s urgent and what’s important How do we know something's “urgent”?

19 Box 3: avoiding the big Thief of Time
You could Delegate it to someone else Say “No”, or “Not yet” Renegotiate the deadline Ask “What can I drop/do later?” Ask “What do you want to achieve?” and find an easier way Do it, but educate them on how long it normally takes (a yellow card for later)

20 Key questions to ask Does it have to be done… At all? By me? Now?
