Important topics for new board members to understand before their first board meeting.
New board member orientation is a team effort. It should be natural for each presenter because it is their area of core responsibility in the ministry. We provide new employees with a similar CRP and MI orientation (we schedule about quarterly for each group of new hires).
Educating our board members is reflective of the Felician Sisters’ identity and values.
Importance of adhering to the bylaws section “role of the local board”.
